Doctrine: Peoples Patriot Coalition set of standards
Code of Ethics: It is the responsibility of the citizens to protect and defend the unalienable rights of all members of the community. We, the Peoples Patriot Coalition, will not tolerate any who advocate acts of criminal violence, terrorism, racism, nor will we support any particular religious denomination or doctrine. All members are required to understand the basic principles of the Constitution of the United States of America including the duties and obligations of both citizens and government. We will take the fight to whatever legal level is necessary in accordance with the Constitution to protect our birth rights against all tyrannous persons, governments, or organizations foreign or domestic directed towards the members of the Peoples Patriot Coalition or citizens of the United States with a legal front or otherwise.
Mission Statement:
This is a grass roots guerrilla organization formed for the purpose of protecting the integrity of liberty.
The members of the Peoples Patriot Coalition will practice the basic understanding that government is in place to protect such liberties and not infringe upon them. The members of the PPC pledge to the following:
To promote and defend the unalienable rights of all citizens, regardless of race, sex, or national origin, as is expressed in the United States Constitution.
To promote and defend the principles of just government and to acknowledge that the greatest system of checks and balances exists with the people to check the powers accrued by the State and Federal government.
That the integrity of the courts, be they local, State or Federal, shall never be contemptable providing that they shall respect and uphold the rights of the citizens, including but not limited to, upholding the due process of law, and to preserve the right of trial by jury and to obtain immediate judicial review of cases wherein abuse of basic constitutional rights are questioned, such as, but not limited to, forcing a defendant into an affirmative defense.
That the power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their life, liberty, and property; in the advancement of those ends, they have at all times an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such a manner as they may think proper.
That the government is servant of the people who have instituted it, and at no point shall the government be made master of the people by way of Marshall Law or otherwise.
To uphold the belief that it is important that the people are not over governed and that government shall intrude on the people as little as possible.
That the birth right of liberty among man-kind shall be un-deniable towards man-kind except in specific cases that one violates anothers liberties.
To set up and follow a basic structure of command.
To set up and attend meetings and trainings regularly.
To keep informed our members, and all citizens of events local, state, national and global that threaten to imperil our traditional Constitutional rights, or such as may imperil the sovereignty of our Nation by the undue influence of those who have forsaken their loyalty to our Nation, and to the principles upon which it was founded.
General Guidelines:
General membership in the Peoples Patriot Coalition is open to all lawful citizens of any state that is so recognized as such being a member state of the United States of America at the age of at least 18. There shall be no discrimination due to race, sex, national origin or physical characteristics. Non-general membership and exceptions for general membership may be permitted in certain circumstances.
All prospective members shall be required to give their name, date of birth, address, and contact information.
All members will be required to read and have a full understanding of the doctrine herein and follow all rules, standards, and chain of command at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate ejection of membership.
All personal information shall be kept private and used only for internal business of the Coalition. To include but not limited to the names and identities of all members who do not wish to have their identity shared with anyone not currently a member. This code of silence will remain in effect during and after the time of your membership.
Periodic assemblies, meetings, and trainings will be required for all members to attend. Regular meetings shall be set and all members will be notified of all such meetings. It will be required for all members to attend these meetings without reasonable cause not to be there. It will be the objective of the officers to infringe as little as possible on the time of the members, recognizing the responsibilities of family and job.
Structure:
It is the goal of this Coalition to maintain a constant state of readiness in the event that it should perform its Constitutional functions.
Officers must effectively organize group efforts and provide for training, unit organization, response strategies, intelligence, security and communications. There needs to be a clear chain of command to insure effective coordination of the smaller units. At the same time, units must be capable of responding to the immediate circumstances without having to request permission to act.
The Peoples Patriot Coalition will establish a simplified and basic structure of command and organization. It will consist of teams, squads, platoons, companies, and battalions.
Rank Structure:
Private
Recruitment Officer- This is an officer responsible for recruiting new members as well as actively participating in team functions. There shall be one recruitment officer in each squad.
Corporal- Team Leader, this person is responsible for making sure all members of his team are following the standards of the Coalition. He is also responsible for setting up meetings with his team. He is also responsible for providing his Sergeant with a phone tree.
Sergeant- Squad Leader, this person is responsible for setting and coordinating meetings and trainings within his squad as well as making sure his corporals are performing their duties accurately. He is also responsible for making sure his Master Sergeant has a phone tree at all time.
Master Sergeant- Platoon Leader, this person is the senior training officer for his platoon. He will maintain a readiness of his men at all times and set up trainings to be performed by his platoon. It is also his responsibility to make sure his Sergeants are performing their duties accurately. He should make sure his Captain has a phone tree at all times.
Weapons officer- This person is an executive officer at a company level as well as an active member of a team. This person is responsible for participating in team events, meetings, etc.; as well as having an advanced amount of knowledge on firearms. All firearm questions will be passed to the weapons officer.
Lieutenant- Executive officer at a company level, this person is responsible to assist the Captain in all areas.
Captain- Company commander, this person is responsible for all operations of his company and should make sure that all members of his company are within the Coalitions standards and should have a phone tree of all members of his company and responsible for making sure the Colonel has a phone tree.
Major- This person is an executive officer at a battalion level and is responsible for assisting the Colonel at all times.
Colonel- Battalion commander, this person is responsible for all operations of his battalion and should make sure that all his Captains are performing within Coalition standards. He should also make sure that his Commander in Chief have a phone tree of his entire battalion at all times.
General- This is the highest ranking officer in a battalion and is responsible for overseeing all operations of the battalion at all times.
Commander in Chief- This is the person of the hightest command in the Peoples Patriot Coalition. It is his responsibility to make sure that the entire organization stay within the standards of the Coalition, make connections, recruit, set up events, protests, etc.. This person should make sure that officers move up in rank appropriately and should have a copy of a phone tree of all members of his Coalition. He should also keep up on current events and make aware the entire Coalition of any wrongful or unconstitutional acts, events, etc. and consult with the officers of the Coalition about the response that should be taken.
